15. Elijah
[ 1 ] Elias erkannte den göttlichen Geist in stillem, sanftem Sausen, heißt, dass er durch sein eigenes ruhiges, rhythmisches Atmen in Verbindung trat mit dem Göttlichen.
[ 1 ] Elias recognized the divine spirit in a still, small voice, that is, he entered into a connection with the divine through his own calm, rhythmic breathing.
[ 2 ] Das höhere Selbst des Menschen ist verkörpert in der Luft. Durch das Atmen atmet der Mensch das höhere Selbst ein.
[ 2 ] The higher self of man is embodied in the air. Through breathing, man inhales his higher self.
[ 3 ] Aber solange seine Leidenschaft tobt, kann er Gott nicht erkennen, nicht im Sturmwind und im Brausen. - Erst wenn er so in innerer Harmonie ist, dass sein Atmen sich dem Weltprozess rhythmisch einordnet, dann kann er sich seines höheren Selbstes ganz bewusst werden. - Dass Raben dem Elias Speise brachten, heißt, dass Wesen der Luft ihn belehrten, mit Weisheit aus den höheren Welten erfüllten. Sowohl die Speisung durch Raben als auch das Erkennen Gottes im sanften Lufthauch, das war eine Einweihung.
[ 3 ] But as long as his passion rages, he cannot recognize God, not in the storm and the roar. - Only when he is so in inner harmony that his breathing is rhythmically integrated into the world process, then he can become fully aware of his higher self. The fact that ravens brought food to Elijah means that beings of the air taught him and filled him with wisdom from the higher worlds. Both the feeding by ravens and the recognition of God in the gentle breeze were initiations.
