84. Memorial Address for Ernst Keller (1892–1924)
My dear friends!
[ 1 ] Our dear member, Mr. Keller, passed away last night in Basel. He had been with us for a long time; in recent months he had been very seriously ill and was faithfully cared for by the doctors at our Clinical-Therapeutic Institute in Arlesheim.
[ 2 ] It gave me great satisfaction to be able to visit him just a few hours before his death. And I assume that many of you, my dear friends, also knew our friend Keller. In any case, however, we all feel connected to him in spirit as anthroposophists, and I ask you to rise from your seats as a sign that we wish to continue connecting our thoughts with his in his spiritual existence.
[ 3 ] It is truly a matter close to my heart to express to the brother present here that, in our hearts, we feel connected to our friend who has departed from the physical plane.
